Using Wurldie

Use the site respectfully. Do not interfere with other visitors, overload services, impersonate someone, submit unlawful content or try to bypass account or age controls. Keep account credentials private. Some features depend on internet access and third-party services.

Accounts, Ask AI, leaderboards and play-together rooms are for visitors who report an age of 13 or older. Ask AI does not require an account or sign-in; a visitor whose age is unknown can enter their age when using it. Ask AI remains unavailable in kid mode. Kid mode keeps preferences and game progress in this browser and does not offer leaderboard or room participation. Age is self-reported, not independently verified; the site uses a browser age gate. Optional named-account sign-in uses email/password, Google or X.

Maps, live feeds and AI answers

Maps, forecasts, weather, wildfire, flights, events, wildlife, parks, markets, sports and other feeds can be incomplete, late or wrong. AI answers can also be wrong. Wurldie is for exploration, not navigation, emergency decisions, professional advice or official warnings. Check the original agency or service before making decisions that affect safety.

Third-party content remains subject to its source's rights and attribution. Outside links and services have their own terms and privacy rules.

Your content and progress

Browser-saved preferences, notebooks and game progress can be lost if site data is cleared or the device changes. Leaderboard, room and account information may be sent to Supabase. For eligible 13+ visitors, Ask AI sends typed questions and sometimes selected-place context through Wurldie's proxy Worker to an AI provider for processing. Do not enter sensitive personal information in questions, handles or shared fields.

Availability and changes

Features can change, stop or become unavailable, and third-party feeds can fail. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited. We may restrict access that interferes with the site or violates these terms, and remove unlawful or abusive shared content. We will post updated terms and their effective date here. For material changes, we will give a clear notice on the site. Any consent or notice required by applicable law will still be provided. No exclusive court, governing-law choice, monetary liability cap or waiver of statutory rights is imposed by these terms.
